摘　　要：企业知识管理的运行最终需要一个有效的评价系统来评价其绩效。本文通过对知识管理运行过程及特点的研究,以知识链为基础,设计评价指标并运用灰色综合评价方法来评价企业知识管理绩效。The operation of knowledge management needs an effective evaluation system to evaluate its performance.According to analyze operation process and characteristics of knowledge management,on the basis of knowledge chain,design evaluation index and use grey comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the knowledge management performance of enterprise.
