摘 要:设计了3因素3水平正交试验研究芭蕉芋淀粉的提取工艺,以芭蕉芋淀粉得率为考察指标筛选出芭蕉芋淀粉提取的最优提取工艺为料液比1∶3、静置时间4 h、洗涤次数2次,在此最优提取工艺条件下,芭蕉芋淀粉的得率为14.367%。对芭蕉芋淀粉中的直链淀粉进行分离提纯,以分离纯化得到的芭蕉芋直链淀粉和土豆支链淀粉为标准物制定标准曲线,测得芭蕉芋淀粉中直链淀粉的含量为17.50%。通过对芭蕉芋直链淀粉纯度分析,发现当纯化次数达6次时可得到纯度较高的直链淀粉。Three factors and three levels of the orthogonal experiment were designed to optimize the Canna edulis Ker starch extraction. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: sample and liquid ratio 1:3, along with 4 h of rest time and 2 times of washing, and the yield of the Canna edulis Ker starch was 14.367%. Then the amylose starch from Canna edulis Ker starch were separated and purified. In addition, the content of amylase starch in the Canna edulis Ker starch was further determined as 17.50% through standard curve using the obtained amylose starch of Canna edulis Ker and amylopectin starch of potato as standards. And the purity of amylase starch was also analyzed, when purification up to 6 times could get high purity of amylose starch.
