农产品质量安全公众教育缺失的评价与构建路径

摘　　要：农产品质量安全关系公众生命健康、"三农"发展以及社会和谐稳定。实施农产品质量安全公众教育是维护公众权益的需要,是促进"三农"发展的需要,是构建和谐社会的需要。农产品质量安全公众教育主体模糊、内容不清、渠道不畅是导致我国目前农产品质量安全公众教育缺失的主要原因。提高公众教育的认识,完善公众教育的内容,规范公众教育的渠道,营造公众教育的氛围,是实施农产品质量安全公众教育的构建路径。Quality and safety control for agricultural products refers to the life and health of the public, three rural issues and social harmony and stability. Carrying out the education of quality and safety of agricultural products for the public is the need of protecting the publics＇ interest, proraoting to solve three rural issues and building a harmonious society. It is the main reason of lacking the education that the subjects who accept it are not definite and that the content which should be extended is not distinct and that the channel for education is not expedite. The routing selection of the education is by the means of deepening the understanding, enriching the contents, standardizing the channels, and creating the atmosphere.
