摘  要:对体育教师专业发展的原点问题——教育哲学观的必要性和形成的策略与路径进行哲学层面的思考,研究结果表明体育教师专业发展最大化的原点是教育哲学观的养成,它是决定体育教师专业发展能否最大化的核心要素。其形成的策略与路径主要有:高校要鼓励体育教师追求个人的教育哲学观;体育教师个人要主动在实践中不断探究,自修、研读哲学著作,不断提升自身的教育哲学素养等,旨在为体育教师专业发展的最大化提供哲学视角层次的理论依据和实践操作策略。The paper analyses the necessity of educational philosophy and its forming strategy and route from the perspetive of philosophy.The research shows that the origin to maximize development of P.E.teachers' profession is the formation of educational philosophy that is the core element determining whether sports teachers' professional gets maximized development.The paper also proposes the forming strategy and route.For colleges and universities,they should encourage sports teachers to seek their own educational philosophy;sports teachers should continuously explore positively in practice,have independent study and read philosophical books,and increasingly elevate their own educational philosophy attainment and so on so as to provide theoretical basis and practice operation strategy sports teachers' professional maximized development.
