摘　　要：目的 :探讨 CD44 S和 CD44 V6 在胃淋巴瘤中的表达特征及其临床意义。方法 :采用 HE染色、CD3、CD2 0 、CD44 S和 CD44 V6 的免疫组化法观察 47例胃淋巴瘤。结果 :CD44 S在低度恶性胃淋巴瘤中的阳性率为 2 7% ,高度恶性为6 2 % ,差异显著 (P =0 .0 2 ) ;CD44 V6 在低度胃淋巴瘤中的阳性率为 6 % ;高度恶性为 38% ,差异显著 (P =0 .0 1)。CD44 S在临床 I期的阳性率为 30 % ,II～ 期为 75 % ,差异显著 (P =0 .0 0 2 )。结论 :CD44 S和 CD44 V6 的表达与胃淋巴瘤的恶性程度相关 ,而且随着临床分期的进展 ,CD44Objective: Our purpose was to investigate the expression of CD 44S and CD 44v6 in gastric lymphoma, and correlate the expressions with several clinicopathological parameters. Methods: The tissue distribution of CD 44S and CD 44v6 were determined by immunohistochemistry methods. Results: Lowlg malignant gastric lymphoma were often weakly positive for CD 44S (27%),and highly malignant gastric lymphoma has a strong reactivity for CD 44S (62%); A substantial positive expression of CD 44v6 was observed in highly malignant gastric lymphoma (38%),Whereas it is negative in nearly all lowly malignant ones. CD 44S tpositive rates in clinical stage I and stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ were 30% and 75%,respectively. Conclusion: The expression of CD 44S and CD 44v6 were correlated with aggressive histological features,and CD 44s expression increased as the clinical stage progressed.
