摘　　要：介绍一种精轧机组活套非测量快速标定的方法及专用装置,通过在不同机架内某一个非磨损位置作为基准点,采用同一个活套标定块对精轧各架活套装置标定不同数值,以完成标定过程。该方法可减少标定活套时间及成本。能够在正常轧制中进行活套角度标定和校验。A method and speciaal device are used to mark the refrence at the non-measureing side of finish mill loopers by using a non-wear position as reference point in differenl stands. A same referrence marking block is used to mark the reference on the loopers of a finish mill to finish the whole marking proeess. This method can reduce the time and cost tbr the referenee marking on loopers and can perrform reference marking and checking during the normal operation of finish mills.
