表皮生长因子增高Hela细胞对顺铂敏感性作用的研究

摘　　要：0 1、1、10 μg/L表皮生长因子 (EGF) 2 4h预处理及同时处理均增高Hela细胞对顺铂敏感性尤以EGF预处理更明显 ;10 μg/LEGF 2 4h预处理可增高Hela细胞对铂 (Pt)的摄入速率。Sensitivity of Hela cells to cisplatin was enhanced by 24h previously or simutaneously treated with 0.1、1、10μg/L EGF,especially treated previously.The rate of Pt uptake was increased by 10μg/L EGF pretreated.The results suggest that enhanced Pt uptake may contribute to enhanced sensitivity to cisplatin.
