浅谈香港中小企业财务报告准则及启示

摘　　要：香港从2005年起执行中小企业财务报告准则,大陆拟从2013年起执行《小企业会计准则》。为此,大陆应当借鉴香港中小企业财务报告准则在制定和执行过程中的方法,制定《小企业会计准则》相应的概念框架,按各要素编排结构,更新理念,完善准则执行相关的配套措施。Hong Kong financial reporting standards for SMEs has been executed in 2005, meanehile Chinese mainland plans to execute in 2013. Therefore, Chinese mainland should learn the method in the process of formulation and imple- mentation from Hong Kong, regulating the framework of the small business accounting standards, innovating the concept and related measures
