摘　　要：信息化作为企业应对经济"严冬"的利器,遭遇操作型人才短缺的困局,高职院校肩负着艰巨的人才培养任务.政校企合作的信息化人才培养模式可以充分发挥政府、高职院校和信息咨询公司三方优势,集中更多资源,彰显出巨大的优越性.Informationization, as one weapon for dealing with economic crisis, is in short of operation personnel, and vocational university should be responsible for personnel training. The Cooperation of GUC can exert each other＇ s advantages fully, and collect more resources with obvious advantages.
