摘 要:产学研合作教育,必须从制订教学标准开始,促进多方共赢.因此,在办学思路上,可以拓展专业教学指导委员会的职能,将专业打造成科研技术服务的基地,与企业进行深层次合作,引进企业人才培养方案和理念,打造高技能人才培养基地.另外,还可以改革实践教学,以培养高技能学生为出发点,优化实践教学体系,如积极推动学生暑期专业社会实践,改革毕业设计等.The model of Industry-University-Research education starts with the establishment of teaching and learning standards in an effort to achieve multiple wins. In practice, the function of the Teaching Guidance Committee can be expanded in order to establish a service base for scientific research and technology out of the profession concerned. At the same time, a training base for high-skilled talents should also be founded by further cooperation with enterprises and the introduction of their approaches and notion in training talents. Besides, the teaching of practical training should be reformed targeting at training high-skilled students and optimizing the teaching system of practical training such as motivating students' social practice of their profession on summer vacation or changing the Assignments for Graduation.
