端粒酶在宫颈癌与宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中的表达

摘　　要：探讨宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样变中端粒酶的表达及其意义。方法采用TRAP—银染法检测 2 6例宫颈癌、12例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN )及 30例正常宫颈组织的端粒酶活性。结果2 6例宫颈癌和 12例CIN中端粒酶表达阳性率分别为 88.46 % ,5 0 .0 0 % ,所有正常宫颈组织端粒酶表达阴性。结论端粒酶活性表达出现在宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及宫颈癌中 ,与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and significance of telomerase in cervical cancer and cervial intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN).MethodFresh samples were collected from twenty-six patients with cervical cancer and twelve patients with CIN,thirty women showing normal cervical tissue served as controls.The activities of telomerase in these samples were detected by telomeric repeat amplification protocol—silver staining method.ResultPositive rate of telomerase was 88.46% in cervial cancer,50% in CIN and negative in normal cervices.ConclusionExpression of telomerase activity appears in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasm,correlating with the occurrence and progress of cervical cancers.
