摘　　要：从精神层面来看,阳光体育运动有利于大学校园形成生机勃勃的大学体育锻炼氛围和全员参与体育锻炼的风气;从制度层面来看,阳光体育运动能够促进学生遵纪守法,更能够凝结为一种无需强制就能在学生中自然传承的精神文化传统;从物质层面来看,阳光体育运动能够拓宽融资渠道,吸引社会资金投入其中,以保证大学体育场馆建设和项目开展的顺利进行。Multi-dimensional research of the long-term effective mechanism and Sunny Sports Program was completed By using the method of literature and expert interview method.The sun sports program is conducive to form vitality university physical exercise atmosphere and full participation sports exercise of custom from the spiritual aspect.The sun sports can promote students discipline,and need not forced to students in the spirit of the natural heritage culture tradition from the system aspect.Sunny Sports Program can broaden the financing channels,attract social capital into them,in order to smoothly develop the university stadium construction and sporting project from the material aspect.
