摘  要:粒子群优化算法作为一种基于群体的改进启发式算法,已初步成功地用于解决神经网络训练、模糊系统控制和组合优化等问题.近年来用以解决车间生产调度问题的粒子群思想和方法也层出不穷.为了促进粒子群算法的进一步发展,更好地解决流水车间调度问题以及为设计更好的算法提供参考,首先对粒子群算法进行了简单介绍,指出了解决置换流水车间调度问题的重点和难点;然后从粒子群算法涉及到的初始化种群的方法、粒子编码方法、目标函数设计和粒子速度及位置更新公式等几个主要问题的角度对近年来比较典型的用粒子群算法求解置换流水车间调度问题进行了总结,分析了各种方法的适用范围;最后探讨了粒子群算法求解置换流水车间调度问题有待进一步研究的若干方向和内容.Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm is an improved heuristic algorithm basing on swarm,which has been initially used to solve some problems such as neural network training,fuzzy control system and combinational optimization.The theory and method of particle swarm used to solve shop scheduling problem has emerged in an endless stream in the past few years.To promote the further development of Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and solve the permutation flow shop scheduling problems and provide reference for designing better algorithm,we introduce Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm in brief.Focus and difficulty to solve the permutation flow shop scheduling problem are given next,sum up several typical issues of solving permutation flow shop scheduling problems with Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm of the last few years,from the perspective of several main issues such as approaches of initialization to population,encoding of particle,design for objective function and the formula of particle's velocity and position update which are connected with Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm.In addition,we analyze the scope of application of each approach.Finally,we probe into several directions and contents about the issue of solving permutation flow shop scheduling problems with Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm,which are to be further researched.
