摘 要:根据一个80KW的高压PEMFC系统,以索科洛夫喷射器的结构设计方法为理论基础,设计出喷射器尺寸,搭建试验台架进行试验研究.研究了出口压力,引射压力以及进口压力对PEMFC用喷射器使用特性的影响.研究表明:①引射流体压力升高会提高喷射器的使用性能.②工作流体对喷射器使用性能的影响比较复杂,不能简单的归纳为增大或减小,而是取决于喷射器出口压力的值,喷射器出口压力所处的工况不同时,喷射系数随工作流体压力变化的规律是不同的.According to an 80KW of high -pressure proton exchange membrane tuel cell system, the size of the ejector was designed on basis of the Sokolovejector design theories, and a test bench for experimental re- search was built. Research on the three factors that affect ejector performance was done. The influence of three factors, outlet pressure, ejector pressure and outlet pressure on the PEMFC ejector were studied. The study shows that: (1)the elevated ejector pressure will improve the service performance; (2)the working fluid impact on the performance of the ejector is more complex, and cannot be simply summarized as increased or decreased, but depends on the value of the outlet pressure of the ejector. When the ejector outlet pressure of the working condi- tions is different, the rule of the ejection coefficient change with the working fluid pressure change is different.
