摘 要:目的检测ST13/HIP和Hsp70在子宫内膜癌、非典型增生和正常子宫内膜中的表达及相互关系。方法本院手术所取的良、恶性子宫内膜标本共132例为实验对象,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测ST13/HIP和Hsp70的表达水平。数据分析采用SPSS 13.0软件系统进行非参数检验(Krusral-Wallis H)方法及Kendall’s taur-b等级相关分析。P<0.05时表示差异有统计学意义。结果 ST13/HIP阳性表达在子宫内膜癌中高于非典型增生和正常子宫内膜(P<0.05);在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜癌组较Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组表达增高(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜癌中Hsp70阳性表达高于非典型增生和正常子宫内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同临床手术病理分期子宫内膜癌组织中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在低分化子宫内膜癌组较中、高分化组表达增高(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜腺癌组织中ST13/HIP和Hsp70之间存在正相关,相关系数γ为0.298,P<0.05。结论 ST13/HIP和Hsp70在子宫内膜癌中存在过度表达,与肿瘤细胞生长及转移有关。两者之间表达呈正相关。Objective To approach the expression and relationship of ST13/HIP and Hsp70 in endometrial carcinoma, atypi- cal hyperplasia and normal proliferative phase of endometrium. Methods In 132 innocent and malignant endometrial samples from our hospital, the expression of ST13/HIP and Hsp70 was detected by the immunohistochemistry method (s-p method). The data were analyzed with Krusral-Wallis H test and Kendall' s tanr-b analysis by SPSS 13.0 software. P 〈 0.05 was deemed statis- tically significant. Results ST13/HIP had a higher expression in endometrial carcinoma than atypical hyperplasia and normal endomembrane( P 〈 0.05 ) , and had a higher expression in m + 1v stage group than Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage groups( P 〈 0.05 ). HspT0 had a higher expression in endometria carcinoma than atypical hyperplasia and normal endomembrane ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and had a higher expression in low-differentiation group than well-moderately-differentiation group( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant de- viation in different pathologically hierarchical endometrial carcinoma tissue( P 〉 0.05 ). In endometrial carcinoma tissue the ex- pression of ST13/HIP and Hsp70 showed positive correlation. The correlation coefficient r was 0.298, ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ST13/HIP and Hsp70 are over-expressed in endometrial carcinoma tissue, and the over expression is correlated with the growth and transfer of tumor cell. Their expressions are positively correlated.
