摘　　要：电子阅览室是图书馆发展的必然趋势,也是向数字图书馆过渡的重要标志。论述了电子阅览室建设与维护工作中的注意事项,并分析了"网吧现象",提出信息素质教育是电子阅览室必须面对的重要课题,提出要加强对电子资源的宣传,提高读者和图书馆员的信息素质,以期为读者提供更优质的服务。Electronic reading rooms are inevitable trend for development of libraries,they＇re also important symbol for the transition to digital libraries.The thesis demonstrates the precautions in the process of electronic reading rooms＇ construction and maintenance,analyses Internet bar phenomenon,puts forward that information literacy education is an important subject which electronic reading rooms must face,poses that propaganda for electronic resources should be strengthened,readers＇ and librarians＇ information literacy should be promoted,so that they could provide high quality service for the readers.
