摘　　要：高等教育成本分担机制的构建与完善是高等教育投资改革的最终目标,是实现高等教育资源充分配置,高等教育可持续发展的根本保障。自1997年确立成本分担机制以来,河北省的高等教育得到了快速发展。但投资数据分析表明,成本分担在投资结构完善和制度保障等方面还存在许多问题,离理想目标下的高等教育多元投资机制还存在很大差距。The establishment and consummation of higher education cost-sharing mechanism is the ultimate goal of higher education investment reform,and it is also the fundamental guarantee of full allocation of the resources and the sustainable development of higher education.Since the establishment of cost-sharing mechanism in 1997,the higher education in Hebei province has been growing rapidly.But analysis of the investment data shows that there still exists many problems in the investment structure and regulation security.A large gap still exists from the ideal goal of multiple investment mechanism on higher education.
