摘　　要：目前,随着教师岗位缩减,师范生就业竞争加剧,特别是非重点高师院校英语专业毕业生的就业难度进一步凸显。学生在校期间的就业准备与就业理想方向基本一致,却与现实需求相去甚远。以市场为导向,积极调整英语专业大学生就业准备方向和形式,既是促进中原经济腾飞的重要渠道,也是提高中原人才市场适应力、避免高学段英语人才过剩以达成"人尽其才,物尽其用"理想目标的关键途径。Nowadays with the reduction of teacher positions,the competition among normal students is becoming more and more intensified,especially in non-key normal universities.Students in higher education focus on preparing for their employment dreams,and ignore the real needs of the society.Based on market-orientation,adapting the direction and forms of students＇ employment preparation is a very important thing,which can not only enhance English talents＇ suitability,but also promote the whole development of the Central Plains.
