41例无痛胃镜下行食管支架置入术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨覆膜金属支架对食管癌、食管气管瘘患者的应用。方法在无痛胃镜下,对41例不同程度食管癌患者进行食管支架植入治疗。结果 41例食管支架均1次植入,位置准确,开放良好,成功率100%;所有患者均能进半流食,有效率100%。出现胸痛及异物感41例,支架移位2例,支架脱落2例。结论食管支架植入可解除食管癌所致狭窄,提高生活质量,延长患者寿命。Objective Of coated metallic stent in patients with esophageal fistula,esophageal trachea of application.Methods In the painless gastroscope,41 cases of different degree esophageal cancer patients with esophageal stents for treatment.Results The 41 cases of esophageal stent implants are 1 time,location accurate,open is good,the rate was 100%;all of the patients can have semi-liquid diets,the effective rate was 100%.Chest pain and 41 cases appear foreign body sensation,migration of stents in 2 cases,stents,fall off in 2 cases.Conclusion Esophageal stents can cancel caused by esophageal narrow,improve the quality of life,extending life.
