正畸Edgewise技术在急性前牙外伤性脱位复位再植术中的运用

摘　　要：目的观察正畸Edgewise技术在急性前牙外伤性脱位复位再植术中的效果。方法收集门诊急诊颌面部外伤患者29例,101颗外伤性脱位牙进行了再植术,正畸Edgewise技术固定。结果患牙成活率为94.7%,效果满意。结论Edgewise技术固定再植牙,增加了成活率(94.7%),简便灵活,适用性强,且对再植牙可施以一定力量,有利于再植牙复位,正畸Edgewise是再植牙成功的可靠保证。Objective Orthodontic Edgewise technique in patients with acute observation of replantation of traumatic anterior teeth dislocation reduction effect.Methods Outpatient collection 2 cases of patients with maxillofacial trauma,101 tooth replantation for traumatic dislocation,fixed Edgewise orthodontic technology.Results Survival rate of the teeth of 94.7% effective.Conclusion Fixed Edgewise technique replanted teeth,increased the survival rate（94.7%）,easy and flexible,strong applicability and replanted teeth can inflict a certain power in favour of replantation of tooth replacement,Edgewise orthodontic tooth replantation success,reliable guarantee.
