摘 要:目的分析青少年近视按最佳矫正视力的最低屈光度原则验光其矫正视力分布,给青少年近视验光配镜工作和相关眼科临床工作提供视力参考。方法统计2010、2011两年间来我院视光学诊疗中心验光的青少年近视患者,年龄8—18岁,共22161人(44322只眼),依据最佳矫正视力分组:〈0.8组、0.8组、1.0组、1.2组、1.5组、2.0组。结果〈O.8组578只眼、0.8组1604只眼、1.0组10024只眼、1.2组18208只眼、1.5组9776只眼、2.0组4132只眼。经单变量的r检验,P〈0.05,青少年近视最佳矫正视力分布构成比差异有统计学意义。结论青少年近视的验光配镜原则应是最佳矫正视力的最低屈光度。Objective To analyze young people the myopia MPMVA principle optometry corrected visual acuity distribution of work in order to guide clinical optometry. Methods To amount for 22161 (44 322 eyes) young myopic patients of aging from8 to 18 years who have gotten optometry treatment center optometry in our hospital in past two years, based on the best corrected visual acuity grouping. 〈0. 8,0. 8,1.0,1.2,1.5, 2.0. Results Thel"e are 578 eyes in group of 〈0. 8,There are 1604 eyes in group of 0. 8,There are 10024 eyes in group of 1.0 ,There are 18208 eyes in group of 1.2 ,There are 9776 eyes in group of 1.5 ,There are 4132 eyes in group of 2. 0. Inspection by the single variablex2, P〈0. 05, the difference of composition proportion of Best corrected visual acuity of juvenile myopia clinical distribution has Statistically significant. Conclusions The rule in getting glasses which children with myopia should be maximum plus to maximum acuity.
