摘 要:目的了解河南省登封市生猪中小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的病原学特征。方法以采集的1 346份猪咽拭子所分离的331株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌为研究对象,进行系统生化鉴定、血清学分型和毒力基因PCR检测。结果采集的1 346份猪咽拭子中共筛查、分离出小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌331株,分离率为24.59%(331/1 346);鉴定出O∶3、O∶5、O∶83种血清型(84.6%,2.1%和1.8%)和1A、3、4共3个生物型;毒力基因分布特征为ail+、ystA+、ystB-、yadA+、virF+占80.67%(267/331),ail+、ystA+、ystB-、yadA-、virF-占3.32%(11/331)且均为血清型O∶3;其它型的为16.01%(53/331)。结论生猪为携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的主要宿主,且多携带致病性菌株,提示在今后疫情控制中应加强生猪的监测、检疫和管理。To investigate the pathogenic characteristics of Yersinia enterocolitica(Y.enterocolitica) isolated from oral-pharyngeal swab(tonsils) samples in Dengfeng area,331 strains of Y.enterocolitica were isolated from 1 346 pharyngeal swab with a detection rate of 24.59%.These bacteria were analysed by the systematic biochemistry,serotype,and PCR detection methods.Three serotypes were identified(O∶3,84.6%;O∶5,2.1%;O∶8,1.8%) and they belonged to three biological types(1A,3 and 4).Distribution of characteristics of toxicity gene were as follows: ail+,ystA+,ystB-,yadA+,virF+ accounted for 80.67%,ail+,ystA+,ystB-,yadA-,virF-accounted for 3.32%,which were all O:3 serotype;others accounted for 16.01%.From these observations,it is evident that swine is the dominant animal host in this area and most Y.enterocolitica strains isolated from it are pathogenic,suggesting that monitoring,quarantine and management of swine should be strengthened in the future.
