摘  要:目的研究乳香酸对口腔溃疡局部治疗的效果及作用机制,为其临床应用提供依据。方法采用NaOH晶体化学烧灼法建立大鼠口腔溃疡动物模型,分为乳香酸治疗组、溃疡散阳性对照组和空白阴性对照组,每组30只。观察乳香酸对实验性口腔溃疡的治疗效果,并检测溃疡组织TNF-α、IL-6、SOD、MDA表达的变化。结果乳香酸组的溃疡平均愈合速度明显高于空白阴性对照组,且乳香酸在降低溃疡组织MDA含量、提高SOD活性方面优于溃疡散,同时乳香酸也能抑制溃疡组织中TNF-α和IL-6的表达水平。结论乳香酸对实验性口腔溃疡有明显的促进愈合作用,还能明显减轻溃疡的充血和水肿,其作用机制可能与抗氧化应激和抑制炎症因子水平有关。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Boswellic acid on experimental oral ulcer. Methods An oral ulcer animal model was established by burning method with NaOH, and the rats were randomly divided into three groups, positive group, negative group and Boswellic acid group. The therapeutic effects were observed and the expressions of TNF-α, IL-6, SOD and MDA were measured in different groups. Results The healing time of Boswellic acid group was apparently shortened compared with that of negative group, and the Boswellic acid significantly decreased the contents of tissue TNF-α, IL-6 and MDA, but increased the activity of tissue SOD ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The Boswellie acid obviously promoted the healing and reduced the congestion and edema of experimental oral ulcer, and its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidation and downregulation of inflammation cytokines.
