摘　　要：校园文化对学生的知情意行有着潜移默化的影响,对完成学校的育人目标发挥着积极的作用,高校在育人中,建设浓厚的校园文化氛围对促进学生的全面素质均衡发展有着非常重要的作用。山西旅游职业学院多年来形成集制度、环境和内容丰富、形式多样的第二课堂活动为一体的特色校园文化,精心设计各项内容和活动,对学生的思想素质、道德素质、行为素质、语言素质、专业素质、职业素质等进行全方位、立体交叉式的引导和培养,有力地促进了学生全面素质均衡发展,特色校园文化建设取得丰硕成果。Campus cultural atmosphere has a potential impact on students＇perceptions, emotions, wills and behaviors, and also plays an active role in helping college realize the aims of cultivating talents. In educating talents, it quite important for colleges to create a strong atmosphere of campus culture to promote the comprehensive development of students＇overall qualities. Shanxi Vocational College of Tourism, after many years＇practice, has e.tablished a series of campus activities with its own characteristics, which include humanistic rules and regulations, pleasant environ- ment and various and interesting extracurricular activities. The college elaborately designs kinds of activities and pur- posefully cultivates in a crossed way the students＇qualities of noble idea and virtue, good -mannered behavior, lan- guage ability, professional and vocational qualities. Such activities strongly enhance the balanc,~d development of students＇comprehensive qualities and the cultural activities have led to good results.
