摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的不断深化,教育产业问题受到了越来越多的关注。目前教育产业发展中存在管理混乱及难以做大做强等许多问题,必须在把握教育产业基本特点的基础上,通过经济法"市场规制"与"宏观调控"两大职能对其各个组成部分进行调整与规制,从而在全国范围内实现教育产业的规范化和法治化。With the constant deepening of China~ market economy, the education industry has getting more and more attention. To deal with many issues appeared in education industry development, we need to use the economic law to adjuste and regulate the education industry and make it standardized and legalized.
