摘　　要：探讨FA326A型并条机常见问题的解决方法,重点分析了几种典型机械波产生的原因及消除方法;针对A%.S、条干CV的报警原因,通过消除各机械状态不良及合理设定报警极限等方法消除报警。认为:在实际生产过程中,只有加强工艺、设备、运转等各方面的管理,充分利用USG显示屏上的各项数据和报警信息来分析、排除故障或合理修正设定参数,才能纺出高质量的棉条。Solutions to common problems of FA326A Drawing Frame were discussed. Causes and eliminating methods of several typical mechanical waves were analyzed as keys. According to alarming causes of A% · S and evenness CV, alarming can be cancelled by eliminating mechanical failures and selecting alarming limit properly. It is considered that in actual production, higher quality sliver can be spun by some measures, such as strengthening managements of processing, analyzing and excluding failure or correcting parameter properly according to make full use of parameters and alarming information on USG display.
