摘  要:以菊花切花为试材,以蒸馏水为CK,研究了不同浓度的细胞分裂素6-BA和生长素2,4-D混合保鲜剂对菊花切花的寿命及各项生理指标的影响。结果表明:生长素2,4-D和细胞分裂素6-BA对延长菊花切花瓶插寿命均有促进作用,其中生长素2,4-D和细胞分裂素6-BA的混合保鲜剂处理优于单一的2,4-D或6-BA的处理;以6-BA 1.0mg/L+2,4-D 0.2mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+AgNO330mg/L的处理效果最佳,其次为6-BA 10mg/L+2,4-D 2mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+AgNO330mg/L。Taking cut Dendranthemam orifoliumas materials,the effect of different connerations of 6-BA and 2,4-D-mixed preservative on the lifespan andphysiological indexes of cut Dendranthema morifolium were studied adopting distilled water as CK.The results showed that auxin(2,4-D)and cytokinin(6-BA)exerted promoting effects in prolonging the lifespan of cut Dendranthema morifolium,the mixed preservative containing both 2,4-D and 6-BA exerted more pronounced effects on all treatments than both 2,4-D and 6-BA alone.The medium formulatedas 1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L 2,4-D+20g/L sucrose+30mg/L AgNO3exerted the most apparent effects,followed by the effects of the medium formulatedas 10mg/L 6-BA+2mg/L 2,4-D+20g/L sucrose+30mg/L AgNO3.
