男性乳头嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生1例

摘　　要：患者男,42岁。右侧乳头出现红色结节伴瘙痒3个月,无明显症状。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮内见大量增生的毛细血管,管腔不规则,毛细血管内皮细胞增生、肿胀,并向腔内突起,血管周围大量嗜酸性粒细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:嗜酸性粒细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生。A 42-years-old male had presented with a nodule which was easily ruptured and bleeding after bruising on his righl mammilla tor 3 months, Hislopalhologic examination revealed roughly normal in the epidermal,a hit of hyperplasia capillaries, the lumen is irregular, capillary endolhelial cell hyperplasia, swelling, and to lhe cavi- ty ,around a large blood vessels eosinophils and lymphocytes was in the dermis. Diagnosis was angiolymphoid hylwrphlsia with eosinophilia, tIistologically, il mainly showed massive hyperplasia of capillaries in Ihe der- mis,lhe vascular eavily was inordinance, lhe endolhelial cells iwoliferated and swelled and Iwojecling inlu vascular cavity,there were massive mixed infiltration of lymphoeytes and eosinocyles around the vessel. Diag- nosis： Angiolymphoid hyperplasia wilh eosinophilia.
