摘　　要：从肥皂草里分离到三种核糖体失活蛋白(ribosomeinactivatingproteins,RIPs):SO3a、SO3b,SO6.并测定SO3a,SO3b的相对分子质量分别约为22500、19400,等电点都为84左右.进行了氨基酸组成分析.用激光拉曼光谱初步预测SO3a和SO3b的二级结构含量.用反相毛细管色谱发现SO6含有两个组分,而Stripe等报道SO6为单一峰.Three saporins,SO3a, SO3b and SO6,were separated and purified from the seeds extracts of Saponaria officinalis .The molecular weights of SO3a and SO3b are about 22 500,19 400,respectively,and their p I values are about 8 4 and the amino acid components are analysed.The contents of the secondary structure of SO3a and SO3b are determined by laser Raman spectrum.In the experiment it was also found by reverse phase capillary chromatography that SO6 which was reported by stripe to be a purified protein,contain two components in fact.
