摘　　要：目的：分析PRECEDE-PROCEED模式在对护士进行艾滋病职业防护培训中的应用，并评价培训效果。方法：采用类实验性设计，以PRECEDE-PROCEED模式为理论依据，对某医院94名护士进行为期3个月的艾滋病职业防护培训；培训前后分别对护士的艾滋病知识、态度进行问卷调研以评价培训效果。结果：培训后护士的艾滋病知识得分较培训前有明显改变（P〈0．01）；培训前后护士的态度得分无明显改变。结论：PRECEDE-PROCEED模式适用于对临床护士进行艾滋病职业防护的培训研究，有助于提高护士的艾滋病职业防护水平。Objective To analyze the use of PRECEDE-- PROCEED model in the in the training of nursing HIV occu- pational protection, then evaluate the effect of the training program. Methods A quasi--experimental study basing on PRECEDE-- PROCEED model was used in the training of HIV occupational protection with a convenient sample of 94 nurses. Two surveys are conducted before and 3 months after the training to evaluate the changes of the knowledge and attitude on AIDS. Results Compared with pre--training, post--training had significantly increased in nurses＇ score of knowledge on AIDS（P 〈 0.01）. there were not significant changes in nurses＇ scores of attitude on AIDS after training. Conclusion PRECEDE-- PROCEED model was suitable to be used in the training of nursing HIV occupational protection, it is helpful to improve the level of the nursing HIV occupational protection.
