摘　　要：面对近年来我国出现的各类食品安全的恶性事件,很多学者从不同的角度、用不同的方法进行了多方面的论述。我国食品安全问题的形成不仅有立法方面的原因,还有执法方面的原因。解决我国食品安全问题的法律对策是加强道德文化建设,提高国民整体素质;建立和完善食品安全法律体系;加强监管,强化行政执法部门的执法力度;强化权力部门的职责,充分发挥权力部门的监督作用。Facing different types of vicious incidents on food safety occurred in China in recent years,many scholars participate in the discussions from different angles with different methods in all aspects.The formation of food safety problems in China is not only for legislative reasons,but also law enforcement reasons.Legal measures to resolve food safety issues in China are： strengthening the construction of moral culture,improving the overall quality of the nationals;establishing and perfecting the legal system of food security in China;strengthening supervision,strengthening enforcement of law enforcement administration departments;strengthening the responsibilities of the authorities,giving full play to the oversight role of the authorities.
