关于职业教育集团化办学运作模式的思考

摘　　要：西安轨道交通职教集团借鉴国内职教集团的成功经验，以校际合作、校企合作和产教研结合为主要模式，以教学、培训、科研为主要内容，通过集团内部的联合，充分发挥集团的优质资源，在集团化办学运作模式上做出了实践和探索。在此基础上提出职教集团运作模式存在的问题，并提出合理化建议。According to the successful experience of domestic vocational education group＇s, Xi＇an Ralway Traffic Vocational Education Group takes interscholastic cooperation, schoolenterprise cooperation and combination of industry, teaching and research as the main modes; and takes teaching, training, research, as the main content. On the basis of group interior joint, it can give full play to the quality resources of the group, and makes some practice and exploration in the mode of education group running. On this basis, it points out the existing problems of running mode in vocational education group and puts forward some reasonable proposals.
