摘　　要：目的探讨4.1蛋白家族成员merlin表达与青海藏族胃癌易感性关系。方法利用免疫组织化学法对37例藏族正常胃黏膜组织和42例胃癌组织进行merlin蛋白表达检测,同时利用统计学方法对merlin蛋白表达与患者病理特征进行分析。结果 merlin蛋白在藏族胃癌组织中表达比正常胃黏膜组织高(P<0.05),且与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及组织学分型有关(P<0.05),而和年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 4.1蛋白家族成员merlin蛋白在青海藏族胃癌组织中表达水平比正常胃黏膜组织高,且其表达与肿瘤分化程度、组织学分型和淋巴结转移有关。提示merlin蛋白表达水平与青海藏族胃癌易感性相关,且有可能参与胃癌组织的分化与转染。Objective To study the susceptibility between 4.1 protein family member merlin and gastric cancer of Qinghai Tibetan patients.Methods Immunochemical staining had been used to detect the expression of merlin protein in 37 normal gastric mucosa and 42 gastric cancer of Qinghai Tibetan patients.Meanwhile,merlin protein expression and pathological features of gastric cancer patients were statistically analyzed.Results Merlin protein expression in gastric cancer was higher than normal gastric mucosa（P0.05）,and the expression of merlin protein was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis and histological type of gastric cancer in Qinghai Tibetan patients（P0.05）.However the expression of merlin protein was not correlated with the age and gender of gastric cancer patients of Qinghai Tibetan（P0.05）.Conclusion The protein 4.1 family member merlin expression is higher in the gastric cancer than normal gastric mucosa in Qinghai Tibetan patients,and its expression is correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,histological type and lymph node metastasis.it indicates that that merlin protein expression level is related with the susceptibility to gastric cancer in Qinghai Tibetan,and may be involved in differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer.
