玉米淀粉渣对蛋鸡的营养价值评定

摘　　要：通过测定玉米淀粉渣的常规营养成分和氨基酸含量,同时选用12只体重为(1.8±0.12)kg的蛋公鸡,采用套算法测定蛋公鸡对玉米淀粉渣中各常规营养成分代谢率及代谢能,确定其对蛋鸡的营养价值。结果表明(均以干物质为基础),玉米淀粉渣中粗蛋白质和钙的含量分别为20.65%和0.25%,均明显优于玉米,代谢能为15.21 MJ/kg,与玉米相近;蛋公鸡对玉米淀粉渣粗蛋白质利用率为52.85%,并计算其可利用粗蛋白质为10.91%,其蛋白质中各种氨基酸含量均高于玉米,各氨基酸组分比例较均衡。可见,玉米淀粉渣对蛋鸡有较高的营养价值,可以作为一种能量饲料原料代替玉米,同时也可替代少量蛋白质饲料原料。This research was to study the nutrient value of corn starch residue in laying hens＇diet through analyzing the content of conventional nutritional composition and amino acid in corn starch residue,at the same time selecting 12 roosters with （1.8± 0.12） kg body weight and using traditional digestive rate calculating method to determine the metabolism rate of eontentional nutrition in corn starch residue and metabolizable energy. The results showed that ：the crude protein （CP） and calcium content of corn starch residue at the basic of dry matter were 20.65 % and 0.25 % ,respectively ,which were obviously higher than those of corn ,and its metabolizable energy was 15.21 MJ/kg,which was close to that of corn;CP utilization of corn starch residue was 52.85 % ,and its available protein was 10.91% ,while content of each amino acid in the CP was higher than that of corn and its composition was relatively balanced. The results indicated that corn starch residue had a high nutritional value on laying hens.h could be used as an energy feed instead of corn, also could substitute a small amount of protein feedstuffs.
