培元抗癌汤联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗中晚期肝癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合FOLFX4方案化疗治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法:对76例中晚期肝癌患者随即分成治疗组、对照组各38例。治疗组行FOLFX4方案化疗,并配合中医健脾理气,软坚散结治疗,对照组单纯行FOLFX4方案化疗。结果:治疗组PR+CR为42.11%,对照组PR+CR为31.58%(P<0.05)。结论:中药加FOLFX4方案化疗治疗中晚期肝癌安全、有效,疗效优于单纯FOLFX4方案化疗。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with FOLFX4 scheme chemotherapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods ：76 cases of advanced liver cancer patients were divided into treat- ment group and the control with 38 cases in each group. The FOLFX4 chemotherapy was used, and combined with traditional Chi- nese medicine, while the control group was given FOLFX4 chemotherapy only. Results：In treatment group PR ＋ CR was 42. 11% , and in the control group PR ＋ CR was 31.58 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine treatment combined with FOLFX4 scheme chemotherapy of advanced liver cancer is safe and effective and the curative effect is better than pure FOLFX4 scheme chemotherapy.
