中医辨证治疗胃癌前期病变的临床观察与体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医辨证治疗胃癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性萎缩性胃炎合并异型增生和肠上皮化生的60例胃癌前病变患者,辨证为毒瘀交阻并/兼气阴两虚、毒瘀交阻并/兼脾胃虚弱(虚寒)两型,给予中药汤剂治疗,治疗6个月后,进行疗效观察。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为85%,对照组临床总有效率为61.7%。结论:中医辨证治疗胃癌前病变取得了很好的疗效。Objective ： To explore the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. Meth- ods ： The chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia and intestinal metaplasia in 60 cases with precancerous lesion of gas- tric cancer patients,included toxicity and blood stasis syndrome and Qi and Yin deficiency, toxicity and blood stasis blocking and weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome. The decoction of Chinese medicine treatment was used. After 6 months of treatment, therapeutic effect observation was made. Results：The clinical total effective rate in treatment group was 85%, in the control group the total clinical efficiency rate was 61.7%. Conclusion：TCM treatment of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer has achieved good results.
