摘　　要：合理预见规则是为限制可得利益损失范围而产生的 ,它见诸多国民法典中。我国合同法的预见规则更有利于对债权人利益的保护。预见规则与主观过错、因果关系既有异曲同工之处 。The rule of reasonable prediction is created to restrict the limits of loss of available profit.It is provided in the civil codes of many countries.The rule of reasonable prediction in our country's contract law is more helpful to protect the interest of the creditor.The reasonable prediction rule,subjective faults and causation not only have the similarities in practice,but also have their own characteristics.
