摘 要:目的:对苏合香与安息香中挥发油成分进行对比分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苏合香和安息香挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对挥发油中化学成分进行鉴定分析。色谱柱为19091N-133HP-INNO Wax(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),进样口温度为250℃,采用程序升温条件,载气为高纯氦气,载气流量为1.0ml/min,分流比为10:1,电离方式为电轰击电离,电离能量为70eV,离子源温度为230℃,四极杆温度为150℃,传输线温度为150℃,质量扫描范围为20~450amu。结果:鉴定出苏合香挥发油中的42种成分,占总色谱峰面积的91%以上;鉴定出安息香挥发油中的19种成分,占总色谱峰面积的97%以上。2种挥发油中有异龙脑、合成右旋龙脑、苯甲醛、樟脑4种相同化学成分。结论:本试验结果可为进一步研究芳香开窍药的药效物质基础提供依据。OBJECTIVE:To analyze the volatile oil component from Liquidambar orientalis and Styrax tonkinensis.METHODS:The volatile oil was extracted from L.orientalis and S.tonkinensis by SD method and the chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.The determination was performed on 19091N-133HP-INNO Wax(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)column,and the temperature of injector was 250 ℃,by temperature programming.Pure helium was used as carrier gas at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min with split ratio of 10:1.EI ionization mode was adopted,ionization energy was 70 eV and ion source temperature was 230 ℃.The temperature of quadrupoles and transmission lines both were 150 ℃ and mass scaning range were 20-450 amu.RESULTS:42 compounds were identified,which represented 91% of the total volatile oil from L.orientalis.19 compounds were identified,which represented 97% of the total volatile oil from S.tonkinensis.2 kinds of volatile oil contained same chemical components,such as isoborneol,d-borneol,benzaldehyde and camphor.CONCLUSION:Results of trial can provide reference for further study of pharmacodynamic material basis of aromatic drugs for inducing resuscitation.
