摘 要:根据大型拖拉机底盘零件特点并结合汽车涂装先进技术,从前处理、涂料及涂装工艺等方面对大型拖拉机底盘涂装清洁生产工艺进行了论述,详细介绍了喷漆室、机器人、漆雾和漆渣处理设备、烘干设备、运输设备以及涂装线智能管控系统等涂装装备的清洁生产。通过实施清洁生产,大型拖拉机底盘漆膜厚度提高15~25μm,耐盐雾时间延长了144h,资源利用指标达到国内清洁生产先进水平,VOC排放达到国际清洁生产先进水平。Based on the characteristics of large tractor chassis part and the advanced technology used for automobile coating, the cleaner production of coating process of large tractor chassis was discussed from aspects of pretreatment, paint and coating process, and the cleaner production coating equipments including spraying room, robot, paint fog and paint dregs treatment facility, drying and transport equipment, and intelligent management and control system of coating line were introduced in detail. By implementing the cleaner production, the film thickness for large tractor chassis is increased by 15-25 μm and the anti-salt spray time by 144 h, and the resource utilization indexes reach in advanced level domestic cleaner production and VOC emission is up to international cleaner production advanced level.
