摘　　要：发展废旧汽车回收再利用产业是我国节能减排的一项重要措施,但是,发展废旧汽车回收再利用产业无一统一模式。以铜陵市为例,从政策环境、产业机遇、地区关联产业基础等角度分析评价产业发展环境,并在此基础上从引进龙头企业、构建产业园区以及通过物联网实现价值增值的高精度管理三方面探讨其产业发展对策。Developing scrapped automobile retrieval and reuse industry is one important measure for energy saving and emission reduction. However, there is no uniform model for automobile retrieval and reuse industry development. The paper uses Tongling city as a case to analyze and evaluate industry development environment from the perspectives of policy environment, industry opportunity and correlative industry status. Based on the above analysis and evaluation, three pieces of advices are given for industry development which are fetching in leader enterprises, founding industry park and realizing value - added high resource management through internet of things.
