企业开展知识管理的动机研究

摘　　要：当前有超过80%的全球500强企业开展了知识管理,而根据近期问卷调查发现仅有20%的中国企业听说或实施过知识管理,这大大落后于世界先进企业的管理水平。通过对知识管理概念的介绍,深入探索企业开展知识管理的动因,并通过对多个世界先进企业的知识管理的案例研究,对中国企业开展知识管理的具体措施提出建议。At present, 80% of the fortune 500 companies implements knowledge management （KM）. However, only 20% of the surveyed Chinese enterprises have heard of KM according to the recent questionnaire. To figure out the reason of this fierce contrast and why the world leading companies like to carry out knowledge management, the paper researches the concept of KM, probes the inducements by case study, and renders advice to the Chinese enterprises.
