摘　　要：在总结前人关于知识共享对技术创新能力影响研究的基础上,分析跨组织知识共享对组织的渐进性创新能力和突破性创新能力的影响,并从吸收能力视角研究跨组织层面的显性知识共享与隐性知识共享对以上两种技术创新能力的影响。Based upon the previous research about the influence of knowledge sharing on technological innovation capability, the paper analyzes the influence of inter - organization on incremental innovation capacity and radical innovation capacity. Then fi＇om the view of absorptive capability, the paper studies the impact of inter - organizational explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing on two kinds of technological innovation capabilities above and it establishes the conceptual model.
