摘　　要：在分析不同类型企业科研管理现状的基础上,建立适用于国有大型企业的科研管理体系,涵盖科技需求的收集,科研项目规划、计划与实施,以及成果应用和后评价等科研项目管理的全过程,并结合中国石油管道公司的科研管理实践,对所建立的管理体系进行详细的分析讨论。Scientific research management system for large state -owned enterprises is established based on the analysis of science research management status of different type of enterprises. Six steps of system including collection of scientific and technological needs, science and technology planning, program implementation and post evaluation are discussed together with the practice of PetroChina Pipeline Company.
