摘 要:柠檬烯和芳樟醇是花椒的特征成分,建立了花椒中芳樟醇和柠檬烯含量测定的气相色谱法,并对来自不同地方的32批样品进行了测定与分析。结果显示:芳樟醇和柠檬烯质量浓度线性范围分别是1.0535~23.1300mg/mL(r=0.9994)和0.4765~9.5300mg/mL(r=0.9997),平均回收率分别为100.50%和101.02%,RSD分别为1.19%和2.10%(n=5)。表明该方法简便、准确、可靠,适宜花椒中柠檬烯和芳樟醇的含量测定;32批花椒样品中,柠檬烯和芳樟醇的含量相差很大,其中柠檬烯为2.94~29.11mg/g,芳樟醇为1.57~114.22 mg/g;青花椒中的柠檬烯含量平均值为12.89 mg/g,红花椒中的平均值为14.04mg/g,青花椒中的芳樟醇含量平均值为72.53mg/g,红花椒中的平均值为7.94mg/g。To develop a quantitative method for the determination of contents of limonene and linalool in Peri- carpium Zanthoxyli by GC. The 32 samples from different areas are analyzed. Results. within the ranges of 0. 4765~9. 5300 mg/mE (r=0. 9997) and 1. 0535~23. 1300 mg/mL (r=0. 9994) for limonene and linalool respectively, the linearhy of this method is good. The average recovery rates of linalool and limonene are 100. 50% with RSD of 1.19% and 101.02% with RSD of 2. 10% respectively (n=5). The method is proved to be simple, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for the analysis of the contents of limonene and linalool in Pericarpium Zanthoxyli. The contents of limonene and linalool of 32 samples are different, the content of lim- onene is 2. 94~29.11 mg/g, the content of linalool is 1. 57~114. 22 mg/g. As limonene, the average value is 12. 89 mg/g in Zanthoxylum Schinilolium Sieb. et Zucc. , but 14. 04 mg/g in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim; for linalool, the average value is 72. 53 mg/g in Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc. , but 7. 94 mg/g in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.
