摘　　要：胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)属于胰岛素类激素家族中的成员之一,是一种在分子结构上与胰岛素类似的多肽蛋白物质。对人和动物的生长、发育和代谢具有重要的调节作用。因此,IGF-1也被称作"促生长因子",或者生长激素介质。文章综述了IGF-1对生长发育调控作用及其涉及的相关细胞信号通路的研究进展。The insulin - like growth factors 1 （ IGF - 1 ） belongs to one of the members of the insulin hormone family, is a kind of polypeptide protein substance similar to insulin in molecular structure. IGF - 1 plays important roles in regulating growth, development and metabolism of humans and animals. Thus IGF - 1 is also called as a ＂somatomedin C＂, or the growth hormone medium. This paper summarizes the functions of IGF - 1 in regulating growth and development, and the research progress on the cellular signaling pathway related with IGF - 1.
