高等教育自学考试多元化人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：新形势下高等教育自学考试中的人才培养出现新特点和新需要。对自学考试合理定位,正确确立自考人才培养目标,通过专业体系、课程体系、教材体系等方面来体现自学考试中的多元化人才培养模式。大胆创新,构建终身学习体系;发挥自考优势,扩大开放合作;大力发展非学历教育;推进自考信息化建设和积极推动自考向广大农村延伸是自学考试人才培养目标实现的主要途径。Under the new situation,there exist new characteristics and new needs in personnel training of self-study exam of higher education.We should make it a reasonable position,and reflect diversified personnel training mode through professional system,curriculum system,teaching material system etc.Innovating boldly,constructing long learning system;playing the advantages of self-study exam,opening up cooperation;developing non-academic education vigorously;advancing the informatization construction,and actively promoting to the countryside are the main ways to make self-study exam personnel training come true.
