摘 要:目的探讨婴儿乳牙萌出与体格发育的关系。方法选取2006年"中国十省农村7岁以下儿童体格发育调查研究"资料中4~12个月婴儿乳牙萌出和体格发育的资料,运用SPSS13.0进行多元非条件logistic逐步回归分析。体格发育指标选用身长、体重、头围、发育水平评价使用WHO儿童生长发育参考标准计算年龄别身长Z分、年龄别体重Z分和年龄别头围Z分。结果在调查的16933例婴儿中,乳牙萌出与年龄别身长Z分、年龄别体重Z分、年龄别头围Z分的关联均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着体格发育水平增高,乳牙萌出几率增大。结论乳牙萌出与身长、体重、头围均相关,体格发育在一定程度上影响乳牙萌出。Objective To research the relationship between the eruption of primary teeth and the infant's somatic development.Methods A cross-sectional sample of 16933 Infants ranging in age from 4 and 12 months,were selected from the data of "The growth survey of children below 7 years in the ten provinces of rural China in 2006".Non-conditional multifactor logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between the eruption of deciduous teeth and somatic development.Analysis of data was performed using SPSS version 13.Somatic development included weight,length and head circumference,which were evaluated by the Z score.The Z score was calculated by the WHO Child Growth Standards.Results Primary teeth eruption had significant association with Z scores of weight-for-age,length-for-age,head circumference-for-age(P0.05).Good physical development status accelerated teeth eruption,while poor somatic growth status delayed dental development.Conclusion Primary teeth eruption is related to length,weight,and head circumference of the child,and influenced by somatic development.
