摘　　要：城市作为文化、体育休闲服务的重要载体,对城市文化、体育休闲服务业的深入研究,构成城市公共服务满意度研究的重要组成部分,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。首先通过对文化、体育休闲服务评价方法进行操作化,通过对全国32个城市文化、体育休闲服务满意度进行了计算机辅助电话调查收集数据,然后展开统计分析,得出一些结论。这些结论对于找准影响城市文化、体育休闲满意度的影响因素和因果机制,有的放矢,制定出分类指导、科学有效的城市文化、体育休闲满意度管理政策将有所裨益。City is an important carrier of culture,sports leisure services.Study in-depth of the urban culture,sports leisure services industry constitutes an important part of the satisfaction of urban public services,has great theoretical value and practical significance.First,concept operationalization was conducted to cultural,sports leisure services evaluation method.Secondly,using computer-assisted telephone interview survey,data were collected in 32 cities about the country culture,sports and leisure service satisfaction,and then the statistical analysis was expanded,and drew some conclusions.They would be useful to find the impact factors of urban culture,sports leisure satisfaction and causal mechanisms for pinpoint,and beneficial to develop and guide scientific and effective urban culture and sports leisure service,and make more satisfied management policy.
