摘　　要：军事医学的战略规划是勾画军事医学发展蓝图,确立行动路线,塑造军事医学未来走向的主动行为;军事医学的科学发展是在各种因素共同作用下,遵循系统演化规律的全面、协调、可持续发展的结果。通过战略规划的方向修正和过程调节,军事医学才能更快地实现其科学发展的目的。Strategic planning of military medicine is an active project which involves development blueprint sketching,choice of courses of action and future-shaping of the military medical system.Being soldier-oriented,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable in nature,the scientific development of military medicine is a result of complex processes in line with laws of evolution and under the influence of various conditions.Correct orientation and continual process-readjustment of strategic planning will facilitate the scientific development of military medicine.
