摘　　要：目的探讨非手术因素对腭裂术后患者语音清晰度的影响,为腭裂术后患者更好地开展语音训练提供依据。方法对该院79例腭裂术后患者可能影响语音清晰度的非手术因素进行Logistic回归分析,分析各因素对腭裂术后恢复语音清晰度的作用。结果有显著性意义的2个变量"语言训练"和"父母文化程度"为语音清晰度的保护性因素,其它因素与语音清晰度关系不大。结论术后患者进行正确有效的语音训练和良好的家庭语言发育环境对腭裂术后患者语音清晰度的恢复具有积极意义。【Objective】To investigate non-operative factors value in preventing the Chinese intelligibility of the patients with cleft palate.Provide the basis for voice training of postoperative patients with cleft palate.【Methods】 Logistic regression analysis non-operative factors of 73 cases speech disorder in postoperative patients with cleft palate,analyzing various factors to affect Chinese intelligibility.【Results】Speech training and educational level of parents were two variables of significant.The two variables were protective factors of Chinese intelligibility.【Conclusion】Active language environments and appropriate speech training are of great value in improving the Chinese intelligibility in postoperative patients with cleft palate.
